What should I have ready for the site visit?
Clear access to the opening inside and out, the brand or frame label if it's a repair or replacement, and any drawings or product quotes you already have. If you're in an HOA or a historic district, tell us so we can check the rules.
Do you work on doors and windows you didn't install?
Yes. Much of our work is adjusting and repairing doors and windows installed by others, including imported systems.
Can you review drawings before construction starts?
Yes. We review openings, headers, sills and threshold details with builders and architects. See the trade partners page.
Do you handle permits?
We check whether your project needs a permit for your address and handle it when the work requires one.
